Job Type: Temporary

Hours: 39 hours per week

Initial Day Shift: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30, Friday: 07:30 – 12:30

Please note: Candidates must be able to commit to working the following double day shift pattern at a later date:

Double Day Shift (weekly rotation): Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 14:30 / 14:30 – 23:00, Friday: 06:00 – 11:00 / 11:00 – 16:00

Due to increased workload, we are recruiting additional Assembly Operatives to join a well-established and globally recognised manufacturer of precision components used within the aerospace and industrial sectors. As an Assembly Operative, you will assemble small precision components to produce high-quality products. The role also involves manufacturing precision sub-components using bespoke machinery and specialised processes. This is a hands-on, detail-focused position requiring consistency, accuracy and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble small precision components to detailed specifications.
  • Manufacture process using bespoke machinery.
  • Carry out repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Follow written work instructions and quality procedures.
