Bookkeeper in Hampshire

We are working with a growing and entrepreneurial business based in Andover, Hampshire, who are looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper / Finance Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function across a developing group of companies. This is a hands-on role covering purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, bank reconciliations, VAT, payments, intercompany accounting and month-end processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors and external accountants, playing an important role in establishing and developing the finance processes as the business continues to grow. This would suit an experienced Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant, Finance Administrator or Assistant Accountant who enjoys variety and wants genuine ownership rather than being responsible for one small part of a larger finance function.
