This is a hands-on manufacturing role working with high-precision components where accuracy, quality and attention to detail are essential. The Role As a Grinding Operative, you will be responsible for producing and finishing precision-engineered components to drawing and specification. You will operate grinding equipment to achieve tight tolerances and high-quality finishes, carrying out inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
