We’re now looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of key product ranges and drive their commercial success from concept to end-of-life.
You’ll own the full lifecycle of assigned product ranges — shaping strategy, leading NPD, managing pricing and margins, and ensuring products are launched flawlessly and perform strongly in life.
Working within a matrix organisation, you’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Sales and Marketing teams, as well as our Far East manufacturing facility, to deliver profitable, compliant and differentiated solutions.
- Own the commercial performance of assigned product ranges, delivering revenue growth and margin improvement
- Lead new product development (NPD) through structured Stage Gate processes
- Ensure accurate and compliant product data across PIM/ERP systems, packaging and documentation
- Support go-to-market activity, sales training and key customer engagement
Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) as a Product Manager in a manufacturing, technical or B2B environment
Strong commercial acumen, with hands-on pricing, margin and business case experience
Experience delivering NPD from concept to launch
Exposure to Far East or offshore manufacturing
Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel/data-led decision making
Experience in electrical, commercial interiors or building services sectors
Knowledge of UKCA / CE compliance and electrical standards
