CMD Films produce predominantly football-based content across multiple channels for an audience of millions. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and talented individual to produce and edit short-form content across our social media channels (TikTok/Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts/X).

Requirements
- Fluency in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects & Adobe Photoshop, and an understanding of social media editing interfaces
- Extensive knowledge of social media algorithms
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Extensive creativity to bring fresh ideas to content
- Strong understanding of how to create engaging titles, captions and thumbnails
- Well versed in current social media trends
- London-based/able to travel 3 times a week to London to work in an office, in addition to remote working
- Extensive knowledge of the ChrisMD YouTube channels and UK YouTube scene
- Sense of humour in line with content on the ChrisMD YouTube channels
- A keen interest in football
- Flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Fierce enthusiasm and passion for creating high-quality content

Responsibilities
- Producing, editing and uploading regular, high-quality short-form content across social media (TikTok/Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts/X)
- Consistently producing short-form videos that achieve strong reach and engagement
- Creative direction on non-branded and branded short-form content
- Video ideation and scripting for branded short-form content
- Working cooperatively as part of the CMD Films team
- Continually researching and sourcing clips
- Working closely with the production and editing teams to coordinate posts with videos
- Occasionally attending shoots to capture content
- Ad hoc jobs within the company (Any other reasonable request given from Chris, the Company Director, the Head of Production or the Head of Edit)
