We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant at our Head Office based in Worcester. This is a part‑time vacancy for 15 hours per week (potential for negotiation). Occasional full‑time working may also be available to cover periods of staff leave or absence. The Finance Assistant will play an important role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position provides administrative and finance support across the business. This is a varied, hands‑on role suited to a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Posting purchase invoices and sales invoices
  • Requesting invoices from suppliers where required
  • Supporting the Financial Controller as required
  • Maintaining supplier records and contacts in database
