CMC Projects is looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. We’re open to candidates at all career stages, from aspiring Project Managers looking to develop their skills to experienced professionals ready to take on a senior role.
About CMC Projects
We provide design, project management, planning and technical services across sectors including education, travel retail, food and beverage, retail and leisure. Working across the UK and internationally, we support projects from initial concept through to completion.
The Role
Your responsibilities will depend on your experience and level of seniority, but may include:
- Managing and coordinating projects from inception to completion.
- Developing project programmes and monitoring progress, costs and deadlines.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, designers and contractors.
- Coordinating design information, documentation and project communication.
- Identifying risks, resolving issues and ensuring projects meet required standards.
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to successful project delivery.
Senior candidates will have opportunities to lead projects, manage client relationships and contribute to the wider development of the business. Those earlier in their careers will benefit from practical experience and opportunities to develop professionally.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in people who are organised, proactive, good communicators and able to work collaboratively to deliver quality projects.
Experience in construction, design, consultancy or a related project-based environment would be beneficial. Relevant qualifications are welcome, but we’re equally interested in your experience, attitude and potential.
