Join us! We are looking for a talented Business Analyst with active e-DV security clearance to join our growing consultancy team! This role is offered on a permanent basis, and we welcome candidates with a diverse range of skills and experience. You might enjoy deploying business analysis tools and techniques to identify business needs, or perhaps you're passionate about analysing processes and recommending solutions. Maybe you're drawn to technical projects involving data and process modelling, working with agile teams and Product Owners, or leading strategic initiatives. What You'll Do: As a CMC Consultant, you'll work on a variety of exciting fast-paced programmes in both the private and public sector. You'll also get the flexibility of working with a variety of clients and teams on different sites and projects. You'll use your exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
About you: You'll need to show experience in:
- Applying a wide range of business analysis skills and techniques to solve complex problems across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Assessing and gathering the business requirements and supporting documentation such as process flow diagrams.
- Working within a client-facing consultative environment.
- Working on transformation projects.
- Knowledge of various analytical techniques and methodologies including agile principles and practices.
Ideally, you might also have:
- Experience of modelling techniques/notations such as UML, use cases, entity models, data and information models, process models/swim lane diagrams, etc.
- Experience of different strategic analysis techniques within complex stakeholder environments.
- BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, or other formally recognised professional qualifications e.g. CBAP, BCS Foundation in Business Analysis.
- Previous Government experience.
Candidates must hold active e-DV (Enhanced Developed Vetting) clearance.
