Join us! We are looking for a Project Manager or Delivery Lead, with active enhanced e-DV security clearance, with a proven delivery background to drive and deliver innovative change and transformation projects or programmes.

What You’ll Do? As a CMC Consultant, you’ll work on a variety of exciting, fast‑paced projects and programmes across both the private and public sectors. You’ll also enjoy the flexibility of working with different clients and teams on various sites and projects. You’ll use your exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your role will vary across Client delivery teams, but likely to include:

  • Management of project schedule, quality, scope, risk, issues and benefits.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets and monitor progress.
  • Influence and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Manage the team’s progress toward goals, build high performing team and lead team efforts in improvement including coaching.

About you:

  • Working on project/programme level assignments, with evidence of delivery responsibility in a complex technical stakeholder environment.
  • Experience of leading and motivating teams towards successful delivery.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • The ability to manage all aspects of project delivery including forecasting, planning, risk management and financial reporting.
  • Hold a recognised Project Management qualification e.g. Prince 2, APM Project Management Qualification, MSP or equivalent qualification.

Ideally, you might also have:

  • Recent Government or public sector experience.
  • Understanding of agile principles & experience in applying those principles.
  • Agile Project Management Qualification (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Agile PM).

Candidates must hold active eDV (Enhanced Developed Vetting) clearance. Applicants should be aware that notwithstanding any level of clearance, successful candidates will also be subject to an HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard Check.
