What You’ll Do
As a CMC Consultant, you’ll work on a variety of exciting fast‑paced programmes working as part of multi‑disciplinary teams, supporting clients while developing your consulting skills through structured development and hands‑on delivery.
About you
- Some exposure to consulting, or client facing work (e.g. internships, graduate schemes, placements or project work)
- An analytical mindset with an aptitude for problem‑solving
- Strong communication skills, particularly clear written output, presentations and stakeholder engagement
- Foundational level professional qualifications, or willingness to work towards them, (e.g. PRINCE2, the BCS pathway)
- A professional, collaborative and proactive approach
- A relevant degree, or equivalent experience
Security requirements
You will either hold Developed Vetting (DV) clearance or be eligible and willing to undergo the process. More details can be found at UKSV National Security Vetting. Applicants should be aware that regardless of any level of clearance, successful candidates will also be subject to the HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard Check.
