What You’ll Do? As a CMC Consultant, you’ll work on a variety of exciting fast-paced programmes in both the private and public sector. You’ll also get the flexibility of working with a variety of clients and teams on different sites and projects. You’ll use your exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your role will vary across Client delivery teams, but likely to include:
- Develop and manage change plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and local change roadmaps.
- Engage with and steer appropriate business change activity.
- Develop change communications and an engagement strategy.
- Complete and transition business change activity to business areas.
- Assist clients with evolving business processes and procedures.
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans.
- Lead workshops to assess change impact, identify stakeholder needs, and conduct training analysis.
- Act as a liaison between delivery teams and business users to ensure smooth implementation and benefit realisation.
About you Successful candidates will have experience across a range of themes in the people side of change. You may already be a certified practitioner or be familiar with our core methodology, Prosci and its accompanying ADKAR model. You’ll need to show experience in:
- Demonstrable business change management experience – within large projects/programmes.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Expertise in delivering change management artefacts such as transition, adoption, impact assessments & engagement plans.
Ideally, you might also have:
- Professional change management qualifications such as Prosci or ACMP.
Candidates must hold active e-DV (Enhanced Developed Vetting) clearance. Applicants should be aware that notwithstanding any level of clearance, successful candidates will also be subject to an HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard Check.
