Having doubled our revenue for the last three years consecutively, we’re scaling further. Our next growth chapter? Building out a senior search team focused on Data Centre & Infrastructure executive recruitment.
The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Search Consultant or Senior Recruiter (2-5 years) ready to fast-track their career. You’ll operate as a 360° headhunter, managing senior mandates, developing partnerships with market-leading businesses, and placing top-tier talent into transformative roles.
You’ll be working with high-growth businesses, Fortune 500s, and billion-dollar enterprises—building long-term relationships and securing strategic hires across Data Centre and Infrastructure leadership
What You’ll Do:
- Own and develop a specialist desk within Finance or Data Centres (US market focus)
- Manage high-level searches, building partnerships with C-suite clients and senior candidates
- Present candidate shortlists and provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process
- Run in-depth market mapping and competitor analysis to identify top talent and new opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and fees with multi-billion-dollar businesses
- Contribute to growth strategy, client development, and mentorship of junior consultants
- Collaborate closely with high-performing colleagues in a tight-knit, ambitious team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in Executive Search or Senior Recruitment within Data Centres/Infrastructure
- Knowledge of or exposure to the US market (highly desirable)
- Strong track record of billings and client delivery
- Ambitious, commercial mindset with resilience and drive
- Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and deal closer
- Desire to scale a high-performing desk and take on leadership opportunities
