Responsibilities
- Providing proactive administrative and operational support to the Senior Procurement Manager.
- Reviewing, negotiating, and finalising supplier contracts in collaboration with Legal and other key stakeholders.
- Managing supplier onboarding and maintaining the supplier management framework, ensuring appropriate segmentation and oversight.
- Supporting business areas with procurement activities including RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier reviews.
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify cost optimisation opportunities and monitor spend.
- Guiding and supporting junior team members, promoting best practice in procurement processes and compliance.
- Maintaining professional development to meet evolving regulatory and organisational requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ yearsβ experience in procurement or supplier management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and multitasking ability, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confidence working across all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in sustainable procurement practices.
- Strong understanding of IT procurement and engagement with technology vendors.
- Experience with Software Asset Management, vendor risk assessment, and due diligence.
- Proven expertise in contract and vendor management.
