CMC Markets is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Accountant to own accounting for employee costs across the Group, including payroll, bonuses, pensions and share-based payments. The role partners with Finance, HR, Payroll, Tax and external auditors to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial control.

You will lead month-end close for compensation and benefits, reconcile payroll-related accounts, provide analysis of costs vs budgets, support IFRS disclosures and help drive process.
