An established global financial advisory firm is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its growing European Capital Advisory team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile restructuring and capital advisory engagements, advising corporates, creditors and investors navigating financial stress and distress. The role offers broad exposure to investment banking-style advisory work across complex situations throughout Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse historical financial performance and projections.
- Build and review financial models and conduct financial due diligence.
- Assess business performance, financial risks and restructuring options.
- Prepare client reports, presentations and recommendations.
- Apply corporate finance and valuation principles.
- Build relationships with clients, senior stakeholders and professional advisers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong financial modelling, Excel and analytical skills.
- Understanding of corporate finance, valuation and financial performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- A proactive, collaborative and professional approach.
Additional European language skills would be advantageous.
