An international mid-market investment bank is seeking an Associate to join its Healthcare team in London. The role involves supporting the execution of global healthcare M&A transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, and preparation of marketing and transaction materials. The Associate will work closely with senior bankers and clients, contribute to transaction management, and support business development and origination activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of M&A transactions across healthcare sub-sectors
