CMC Consulting is partnering with a leading client in their search for a Senior Management Accountant to join them on a 6-month FTC. Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee project cost control, ensuring budgets are adhered to and financial resources are optimised.
2. Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
3. Prepare, review, and contribute to month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and align reporting with industry standards.
5. Provide in-depth insights into project performance to drive financial efficiency.
6. Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to enhance financial oversight in construction operations.

Key Requirements

1. Ideally ACCA / CIMA Qualified
2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferably within the Construction sector
3. Strong expertise in cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis.
4. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
