This opportunity allows you to:

• Work on complex M&A and capital raising transactions across dynamic real estate sectors
• Take ownership from pitch to execution, engaging with clients, investors, and senior stakeholders
• Contribute your ideas, initiative, and ambition in a valued and rewarding environment
• Develop your business development skills and support the strategic growth of the platform

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6 years of professional experience with a strong background in real estate and corporate finance
• End-to-end M&A and capital raising experience, ideally across real estate asset classes
• Advanced financial modelling and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities with excellent communication skills
• A collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to grow
