I’m working with a Company founded in 2020 – just as COVID started – who had a good year then went through 1 year of slow down but have now turned it around and have a strong pipeline.
Partners wanted to build a business they would want to work in, which includes a great work/life balance and they don’t want to compromise on the culture they have built, wanting to secure a highly motivated Partner to help drive the business forward.
They have a recruitment strategy to grow their current 14 team to 30 over the next 2 years.
