- Producing monthly management accounts with insightful commentary
- Delivering variance analysis across key revenue streams and cost centres
- Acting as a key contact for the external audit process
- Ensuring compliance across VAT, PAYE, and other statutory requirements
- Partnering with operational teams to review performance and drive improvements
- Taking ownership of accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and payroll journals
- Supporting the development of best practice within a growing finance team
Ideally, ACA/CIMA or ACCA Qualified
Previous experience in a Management Accountant (or similar) role
Strong Excel skills (Power Query / BI a bonus)
Confident communicator who can engage with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
