Reporting into an impressive FP&A leader, you'll partner with senior stakeholders across the business, providing commercial insight, supporting strategic decision-making and helping drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
- Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting cycles and long-range planning.
- Deliver insightful variance analysis, identifying key business trends, risks and opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business, providing commercial challenge and financial support.
- Prepare high-quality reporting and presentations for the Executive team, Board and investors.
- Produce meaningful analysis and KPI reporting to support business performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, leveraging AI and automation where appropriate.
- Support strategic projects, business initiatives and investment decisions.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders and advisers.
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Experience within a commercial or FP&A environment.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel.
- Experience of financial modelling and delivering commercial insight.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Naturally curious, proactive and keen to improve processes.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance reporting and analysis
