Key Requirements- 4–7 years' experience in investment banking, corporate finance or M&A advisory
- Strong transaction execution experience with exposure to key M&A workstreams
- Advanced financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial statements
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities
- Collaborative team player with the ability to support and mentor junior colleagues
