We're partnering with a PE backed consumer business entering an exciting new phase of its journey.

Following a period of successful growth and acquisition, the focus is now on maximising the performance of its portfolio, strengthening commercial reporting and building the foundations for future expansion.

As FP&A Manager, you'll work closely with senior leaders and operational teams across the business, providing the insight, analysis and forecasting that supports better commercial decision-making.

This is a highly visible role where you'll have the opportunity to challenge performance, improve reporting and help shape the next stage of the company's growth.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the Group's planning and forecasting processes while partnering with stakeholders across multiple sites to provide meaningful commercial insight.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Leading the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting cycles.
  • Owning and developing robust cashflow forecasting models.
  • Delivering insightful financial and operational analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Business partnering with operational leaders to understand performance, identify opportunities and challenge results.
  • Developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards, giving the business greater visibility of key financial and operational metrics.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, planning and forecasting processes as the business continues to evolve.

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business and influencing decisions through high‑quality analysis.

You'll ideally bring

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
  • Previous experience in FP&A or commercial finance within a consumer or operationally complex business.
  • Strong financial modelling skills, particularly around budgeting, forecasting and cashflow.
  • The confidence to build relationships with stakeholders across the business and communicate financial information clearly.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving processes and driving business performance.
