My client is a household name, branded multisite business, and they are now seeking a commercially focused qualified accountant to join them in a role where you will directly affect margin and revenue growth.
Duties will include:
- Deliver comprehensive sales and margin performance reporting across locations, identifying key trends to inform product development and partner with the Director.
- Develop financial models for pricing decisions including new offerings, packages, and location-specific pricing; conduct competitor analysis and collaborate with CFO to optimize pricing strategy.
- Analyse sales mix across customer segments, evaluating profitability to maximize customer volume and spend.
- Track customer lifetime value across segments to refine marketing strategies; partner with Marketing Director to optimise acquisition and retention efforts.
- Monitor key metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Support annual budgeting process by setting margin targets, developing pricing strategies, and establishing customer metrics for commercial success.
Ideally, you will be a qualified accountant who has worked in a commercial role previously, ideally within the retail/leisure sector.
