A leading global investment banking and asset management firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Real Estate Debt Advisory team. Operating across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, the firm specialises in delivering independent advice to mid-market clients across M&A, debt advisory, restructuring, and capital markets.

This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-profile real estate financing transactions across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will play a key role in structuring, sourcing, and executing debt solutions while taking ownership of core transaction workstreams and contributing directly to client delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Advise corporate and sponsor-backed clients on debt financing strategies, including acquisitions, refinancing, and restructuring
- Support the structuring and execution of transactions across bank and capital markets products
- Develop and analyse financial models, capital structures, and credit metrics
- Prepare high-quality client materials, including presentations and financing proposals
- Manage lender processes such as syndication, due diligence, and documentation
- Monitor market conditions and provide insights on financing trends
- 5–8 years’ experience in debt advisory, leveraged finance, structured finance, DCM, corporate banking, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of credit analysis, capital structures, and debt markets
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Strong commercial judgement and client-facing confidence
