We’re working with a major UK organisation with a sizeable, diverse property estate, seeking a commercially minded Property Finance Manager to take charge of a large maintenance and capital budget. This is a role where finance meets strategy – partnering with Property and Facilities teams to guide investment decisions, optimise costs, and ensure financial compliance across a nationwide footprint of freehold and leasehold properties.What you’ll do:
- Act as the key finance link for Property and Facilities, working closely with them to influence investment choices and maximise long-term value across a UK-wide portfolio.
- Take ownership of financial planning for property and fleet activities, including budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis, ensuring robust and accurate outputs.
- Provide financial evaluation and recommendations on major property matters such as renewals, terminations, sales, and end-of-lease obligations.
- Manage all financial aspects of the estate, from tax submissions and legal documents to ensuring adherence to debt covenants and accounting requirements.
- Turn complex financial data into clear, compelling reports and presentations that support senior leadership decision-making.
What we’re looking for:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) with proven property finance experience.
- Expertise in multi-site portfolios and both freehold and leasehold estates.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Confident communicator who can influence and advise at all levels.
- Sound knowledge of property-related tax, compliance, and lease accounting standards.
