You'll work closely with an experienced CFO and senior leadership team, taking ownership of key reporting processes while helping to improve and scale the finance function. It's an ideal step for someone who wants to move beyond a purely execution-focused role into a position with more influence and end-to-end responsibility.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting & Statutory Oversight
- Own the preparation and review of monthly management accounts
- Support statutory reporting, year-end processes, and audit delivery
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and reporting requirements
- Finance Operations & Ownership
- Act as the key internal contact for outsourced finance providers
- Review month-end close, reconciliations, and financial outputs
- Support the transition towards a more in-house finance model over time
- Controls & Process Improvement
- Strengthen financial controls and improve reporting processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Support the development of policies and procedures
- Commercial Insight & Stakeholder Support
- Provide clear analysis on financial performance and key drivers
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support decision-making
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong grounding in statutory accounting and audit, ideally gained in practice or early industry roles
- Experience in management reporting and financial controls
- Comfortable working with stakeholders and taking ownership of deliverables
- Motivated by progression and keen to broaden skillset in a growing environment
