Our fast-growing, entrepreneurial eCommerce client based in London is looking to hire a Head of Finance to help drive the next stage of growth. The business has been growing 15-20% YOY and continues to grow. They are now seeking a finance leader to act as the No. 2 in finance, reporting to an impressive CFO.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and commercially-minded individual—comfortable getting into the detail, but equally capable of providing financial and strategic insight to help drive business performance. This is a fantastic opportunity with real influence and exceptionally broad scope in a dynamic and high-growth business. The role would suit an ambitious professional who sees this as a natural stepping stone to becoming Finance Director.
You’ll work extremely closely with the CFO, who will provide exposure and development opportunities rarely found elsewhere. You’ll be a qualified accountant with experience gained in a product or retail-led environment—or you will have trained in a product-focused business, developing strong financial control and commercial analysis skills. International accounting experience would be a distinct advantage.
You must be able to demonstrate a track record of career progression, drive, and the ability to communicate effectively as a true business partner to senior stakeholders.
