We are working exclusively for an International Business Consultancy that has recently brought their tax function in-house and is looking to appoint a Tax Reporting Manager. You will work alongside highly experienced professionals in a vibrant and collaborative environment, partnering with blue‑chip clients and enjoying a rewarding long‑term career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tax expertise and strategic input on corporate restructuring, M&A, and broader finance projects
- Project manage global tax‑led initiatives from planning through to execution
- Act as a key point of contact for tax‑related queries across the business
- Support global tax compliance, governance, and reporting processes
- Manage the coordination and review process with external global tax advisors
- Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of global tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Contribute to the management of both income tax and U.S. tax compliance processes
- Maintain oversight of global compliance deadlines and deliverables
- Assist with the development and implementation of robust tax processes under IFRS
Skills & Experience
- Qualified ACA / ACCA / CTA
- Strong technical tax knowledge, including experience with IFRS and corporate tax principles
- Mixed tax background, with demonstrable experience in both income tax and U.S. tax matters
- Experience managing external advisors and ensuring timely delivery across global territories
- Highly organised with strong time‑management skills
- Confident communicator, personable and articulate
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
