CMC Consulting are excited to be partnering exclusively with a leading International Business Consultancy at an exciting time of transformation and growth. Having brought their tax function in-house, the business is continuing to expand its global footprint and now seeks to appoint a Tax Manager to play a key role in shaping and strengthening the Group’s tax operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the finance team in managing tax audits, liaising with advisors and authorities as required.
- Act as the lead internal resource for the preparation of the consolidated Group tax provision, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate results.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery to advisors.
- Oversee the preparation and review of tax payment on account calculations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Take the lead on the Group’s global corporate income tax compliance process across multiple countries, acting as the primary liaison with the global outsource provider.
- Review corporate income tax returns prepared by local advisors and provide constructive feedback.
- Lead the annual roll-forward of global transfer pricing documentation, ensuring compliance and alignment with group policies.
- Review and analyse Group tax disclosures, ensuring clarity and compliance with reporting standards.
- Partner with the External Reporting team to address audit queries and support year-end reporting processes.
- Review local statutory tax provisions to ensure global consistency and control.
