Our client are a large and rapidly growing business who are now looking to add to their commercial finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate calibre candidate who is looking to develop their analytical skills in a highly commercially focussed finance role.
- Contribute to weekly sales forecasting and communicate updates to operational teams
- Conduct performance variance reviews comparing sales mix and costs against budget and prior year
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports on revenue, wastage and profitability with clear recommendations
- Review product portfolios and category metrics to streamline operations
- Assess new and seasonal product introductions
- Monitor key performance indicators including like-for-like sales, transaction volumes, customer spend, stock availability and new product contribution
Ideally you will be a graduate with a strong academic record and be looking to complete an accountancy qualification. You will have a strong analytical ability and advanced excel skills as well as demonstrable commercial acumen.
