Interim Accounts Assistant Hourly Rate Immediate Start 4 days onsite – Central London CMC is collaborating with an exciting FMCG company based in London to recruit an Accounts Assistant. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working within finance teams and strong proficiency in Excel. This is initially a temporary role, although there is a strong opportunity to go permanent. The successful candidate must be available to start at short notice. We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn new skills, enabling them to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Finance team\’s monthly tasks. Key Responsibilities: Upload invoices into the approval workflow system promptly and accurately. Maintain and update the supplier database to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee the purchase order workflow to ensure adherence to company processes. Accurately code and input purchase invoices into the accounting system. Match direct debits to corresponding supplier invoices. Reconcile supplier statements with the purchase ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies.
