Job Description

My client are a household name high street brand in the hospitality sector, As a PE backed company they have bucked the trend in the sector and have performed well ahead of plan. They are currently seeking a commercially focussed qualified accountant to take ownership of business partnering relating to sales, marketing as well as margin and revenue growth. Duties will include:-

  • Performance Analysis: Analyse sales and margin data to identify trends and provide strategic insights for menu optimization and business development decisions.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop financial models for menu pricing decisions and conducted competitive market analysis to optimize pricing across multiple locations.
  • Revenue Stream Management: Track and analyse performance across customer segments, promotional campaigns, and partnership channels to maximize profitability and customer spend.
  • Customer Analytics: Create reporting on customer lifetime value by segment to support targeted marketing strategies and drive sustainable growth.
  • Key Metrics Monitoring: Monitor critical performance indicators including average selling price, customer spend patterns, and operational efficiency metrics.
  • Financial Planning Support: Contribute to annual budgeting processes by setting margin targets, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition goals.

Partnering at Director level you will be a qualified accountant with previous business partnering experience ideally gained within the hospitality / retail or FMCG sectors.
