A leading global professional services firm is seeking an experienced Associate Tax Director to support and lead a UK corporate tax team. The role involves managing a portfolio of complex clients, overseeing compliance and advisory matters, and contributing to the strategic direction of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Lead tax compliance and advisory work for a portfolio of corporate clients
- Manage and develop a team, including performance management, training, and recruitment
- Drive operational excellence and maintain high standards of client service
- Support business development and contribute to commercial performance
- Collaborate across departments and with international teams to deliver client solutions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on UK and international tax matters
