CMC Consulting are working exclusively with an established international business to recruit a commercially minded finance professional for a broad, systems-focused role within their growing international finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining management accounting with finance systems, reporting and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, international environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supporting the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of a leading ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
Producing monthly management accounts, financial reports and insightful management information.
Developing and enhancing reporting through automation and data visualisation tools.
Driving process improvements, standardising reporting and improving finance workflows.
Supporting budgeting, audit requirements and statutory reporting.
Partnering with finance, IT and operational teams to deliver systems enhancements and business improvements.
Providing financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting to senior stakeholders across the business.
Skills & Experience
Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent finance experience.
Experience within a multi-entity or international business.
Exposure to business partnering and presenting financial information to stakeholders.
Experience within a finance systems, reporting or management accounting environment.
Strong hands-on experience with a modern ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Advanced Excel skills, with experience using reporting tools such as Power BI or similar being highly desirable.
