A growing, multi-brand leisure and hospitality business is hiring a Junior Management Accountant to join its Finance team, this is a great next step for someone early in their finance career looking to build broad, hands-on experience across a multi-site environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll support month-end reporting, cost and performance analysis, and balance sheet control across multiple entities, helping deliver accurate, timely management information.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly accounts, P&L and Balance Sheet reporting across group companies
- Maintain weekly cashflow reporting and investigate variances
- Post payroll/stock journals and prepare month-end reconciliations
- Prepare revenue journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis
What We're Looking For
- Accounting background – degree level or studying towards ACCA/CIMA/AAT
- 2 years' experience as an Accounts Assistant, ideally multi-site/multi-entity
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident with Excel and standard MS Office tools
- Proactive, adaptable, and a clear communicator
