Senior Medical Writer

Our success is built on the passion and expertise of our talented team—and we’re growing. We are currently seeking a Senior Medical Writer to join our collaborative and supportive team. In this role, you'll create high-quality medical communication materials across both print and digital platforms, supporting clients in a wide range of therapy areas.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of a wide variety of medical communication content, including: Abstracts, posters, and manuscripts; Scientific platforms and narratives; Clinical slide decks and lexicons; Medical education materials and more.
• Liaise directly with clients and clinical experts, demonstrating both scientific acumen and interpersonal finesse.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards across deliverables.
• Provide strategic input and scientific guidance across multiple accounts.
• Help coordinate project delivery, working closely with editorial and client services teams.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in a life sciences discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience in medical writing within a medical communications agency.
• Demonstrated expertise in Medical Affairs and Publications (strongly desired).
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and publication best practices.
