We are looking for a Service Writer to join our successful and friendly team at our Honda franchise dealership in Bridgend, Wales, selling some of the market's leading and most popular motorcycle brands. We offer a wide range of new and used motorcycles, and take great pride in being able to offer a first-class experience for our customers. Working with these brands, you must be well-presented and professional in order to be considered for this position with a passion for motorcycles and customer satisfaction.
Requirements- A passion for motorcycles is an absolute must as is the ability to deliver results.
- A positive can-do attitude with the willingness to learn. As at times you may be asked to assist in other areas of the business.
- Be able to communicate clearly with both the workshop and customers.
- Hold a full driving licence.
Working as part of a busy team, you will be based on the Service Reception where your responsibilities will include meeting and greeting customers, dealing with any telephone enquiries and liaising with the Service Manager, working alongside another service writer to ensure the workshop diary is planned efficiently.
Remuneration / Benefits- Basic Salary of £28,900.00-£33,700.00 depending on experience
- Honda and on-site training provided
- Tuesday to Saturday 8.45 am to 6.00 pm
- Job Types: Full-time, Contract
