STRESS ENGINEER Our client is a leading Engineering company which designs and manufactures precision engineered products for global companies.
They are now seeking an experienced Stress Engineer to join their team.
THE ROLE Interfacing with our clients customers the Stress Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that Engineering is compliant with regulatory requirements and customer lead processes and systems.
Prepare, review and approve stress and structural documentation to submit for customer and regulatory approval.
Generation of certification documentation, and interface with customers.
Prepare, develop and review FE models and weight analysis to support design as well as the certification document preparation.
Lead and/or support customer design reviews and presentations.
Meet assigned schedules and deadlines.
THE PERSON Minimum HND in an Engineering/ Aerospace discipline and/or significant relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Possess strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task.
Knowledge/ experience of FAR25, EASA regulations, FEA would be beneficial.
