FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR CMB Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading East Belfast based Wealth Management company that is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join their team. The successful Financial Services Administrator will provide strong administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers, helping to ensure that customer service continues at an exceptional level. Our client offers a pleasant, supportive and welcoming working environment. THE ROLE Provide excellent administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers Prepare written reports and documents to tight timescales to meet customer requirements. Undertake necessary research among available products to assist in suitable recommendations being made to clients. Ensure customer information is stored securely and updated accurately as required. Act as first point of contact for clients visiting the office. Communicate confidently with clients on both incoming and outgoing telephone calls. THE PERSON Experience in a similar role within a Financial Services business would be beneficial but not essential as our client is prepared to consider strong administrators from other sectors. You will need to have experience in adhering to strict administrative processes. Excellent attention to detail necessary Strong work ethic with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
