Warehouse Manager Location: Belfast Salary: Negotiable The Role We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a team of 8 to 10, overseeing the smooth running of our warehouse operations from goods-in through to dispatch. You'll be responsible for keeping stock accurate, deadlines met, and the team running efficiently day to day.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate a team of 8 warehouse operatives, including rotas, training, and performance Oversee the receipt, checking, and put-away of incoming goods Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch of outgoing orders to meet deadlines Maintain accurate stock levels and carry out regular stock checks/audits Ensure health & safety standards and procedures are followed at all times Use company systems (such as SAP or similar) to process orders, update inventory, and generate reports Identify and resolve operational issues, driving continuous improvement Liaise with transport, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflow Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse layout What We're Looking For Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Confident using warehouse/ERP systems. Good communication skills across all levels of the business Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities Forklift licence desirable (or willingness to obtain) A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving SALARY A highly competitive salary and benefits package is available for the successful candidate.
