Who We’re Looking For:
We’re not looking for “perfect CVs.” We’re looking for the right mindset. You’ll stand out if you have:
- A strong work ethic and personal standards
- A genuine desire to succeed in sales and marketing
- Confidence, resilience, and coachability
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Reliability, discipline, and consistency
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a bonus — but drive and attitude matter more than experience.

- Clear, fast-track progression into leadership and management
- Performance-based bonuses and weekly incentives
- UK and international travel opportunities
- Networking events, conferences, and team socials
