What we’re looking for:
As our new Senior QA Analyst, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of the CMap platform. You’ll work across our development squads to ensure robust testing practices are in place, help us ship confidently, and drive a culture of quality throughout the engineering process. This is a hands-on role with real influence — ideal for someone who’s passionate about high standards and keen to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
You will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage
- Identify, log, and verify defects throughout the development lifecycle
- Work on both manual and automated testing activities, depending on the needs of the sprint
- Contribute to improving our QA processes, tooling, and overall approach to testing
- Support the implementation of test automation where appropriate
- Help ensure quality is considered early in the development process
- Advocate for usability, performance, and reliability in all releases
What you will need to succeed:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in a QA or software testing role
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience with both manual and automated testing
- Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking tools
- Ability to work closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Experience working in an agile or Kanban environment
