As a Pre-sales consultant you'll be the bridge between what CMap can do and what prospects need — a trusted expert who brings credibility, curiosity, and genuine care to every conversation. You'll sit at the heart of the sales team, supporting revenue-critical deals while also building the assets and knowledge that help the whole team perform. What Impact you can bring

  • Sales support: Partner with reps on complex deals — custom demos, RFPs, trial management, and prospect consulting.
  • Deliver tailored software demonstrations that speak directly to a prospect's world.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards and documents that show CMap in the context of their business.
  • Advise on best practices for core business processes, positioning yourself as a genuine partner.
  • Collaborate with reps, sales leadership and onboarding on deal strategy and tactics.
  • Own the trial experience — enabling prospects, running process calls, and managing multiple stakeholders with confidence.
  • Enablement: Build self-serve assets — tours, presentations, demo environments — that multiply rep productivity.
  • Identify and produce self-serve assets that let reps move faster with less support.
  • Act as the voice of the prospect internally — collaborating with Customer Success, Product and Marketing to shape content and knowledge.
  • Own and continuously improve demo environments so they represent CMap at its very best.
