Something exciting is building and now we’re looking for a commercial, data‑driven Head of Marketing to own and accelerate our demand generation, brand presence and go‑to‑market strategy. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll step in as the senior marketing leader, managing a small team and operating as a player‑manager while building a high performing function that fuels pipeline and revenue across the UK and US.
What You’ll Do
- Build a scalable demand engine
- Architect a modern, multi‑channel B2B SaaS marketing strategy
- Use the latest Marketing Tech to deliver personalised, efficient campaigns
- Drive consistent, measurable pipeline and ensure seamless SDR and sales alignment
- Lead US market growth
- Shape and execute our US expansion plan
- Run targeted ABM campaigns and build a strong local presence
- Develop relationships with partners, influencers and industry networks
- Own our events strategy
- Plan and deliver high impact industry conferences, roundtables and partner events
- Integrate events into broader campaigns to maximise ROI and pipeline creation
- Amplify our content & social voice
- Build a standout digital content presence for the brand and leadership
- Create thought leadership, customer stories and sector‑specific insights
- Drive product marketing excellence
- Define clear positioning for consulting and AEC markets
- Build sales enablement assets at scale, supported by AI
- Lead competitive intel, product launches and cross‑functional alignment
- Develop partner & channel marketing
- Activate referral and channel partners, especially in the US
- Create co‑marketing and enablement programmes that scale
- Grow customer marketing & advocacy
- Build an engine for upsell, cross‑sell and customer‑led growth
- Launch advocacy programmes, case studies and retention‑driving initiatives
- Embed AI everywhere
- Champion AI‑driven content, segmentation, intent data and automation
- Continuously test and adopt emerging AI tools to drive competitive advantage
- Run marketing as a commercial function
