Something exciting is building and now we’re looking for a commercial, data-driven Director of Marketing to own and accelerate our demand generation, brand presence and go to market strategy. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll step in as the senior marketing leader, leading a small team and operating as a player manager while building a high performing function that fuels pipeline and revenue across the UK and US.
What You’ll Do
- Build a scalable demand engine
- Architect a modern, multi-channel B2B SaaS marketing strategy
- Use the latest Marketing Tech to deliver personalised, efficient campaigns
- Drive consistent, measurable pipeline and ensure seamless SDR and sales alignment
- Own Brand & Storytelling
- Give CMap a distinctive voice and a compelling market narrative that brings the brand to life for consulting and AEC audiences.
- Craft a compelling company narrative that connects product value to customer outcomes
- Bring brand storytelling to life across campaigns, content and executive communications
- Lead and Develop the Marketing Team
- Act as a genuine people leader who raises the capability of the existing team and elevates how marketing is perceived across the business.
- Coach and develop existing team members to build a stronger, more capable function over time
- Amplify our content & social voice
- Build a standout digital content presence for the brand and leadership
- Create thought leadership, customer stories and sector-specific insights
- Grow customer marketing & advocacy
- Build an engine for upsell, cross sell and customer led growth
- Launch advocacy programmes, case studies and retention driving initiatives
- Run marketing as a commercial function
- Define funnel KPIs, measure impact and optimise continuously
- Ultimately own marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue
