What we’re looking for:
As a Senior Consultant at CMap, you’ll take the lead on complex client engagements — owning the relationship, setting the direction, and being the trusted voice in the room when it matters most. You’ll bring the polish and grounding of a proper consulting background, applied to real client outcomes rather than internal process.
- Own and lead client engagements end-to-end, from scoping through to successful delivery
- Act as the senior, trusted voice for clients — including at C-suite level
- Bring genuine business context to every engagement — understanding not just what a client’s business does, but why it works the way it does
- Help shape how CMap’s Consulting team delivers, contributing to best practice as the team grows
- Support and set an example for less experienced colleagues on the team
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 5+ years’ professional consulting experience, ideally including time in a Big Four, boutique, or comparable consultancy
- Demonstrated experience managing senior, complex, or global client relationships with genuine composure under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication, credible in front of C-suite stakeholders
- A working point of view on how AI and technology are reshaping business models in professional services
- A genuine, roll‑sleeves‑up attitude — we’re looking for real people, not corporate polish for its own sake
