The role is office-based with a 12-hour shift pattern from 8am to 8pm, supporting our 24/7 operations in coordinating transport and accommodation across airline, rail, corporate and emergency services sectors.
You will work under the Duty Manager to deliver and monitor transport and accommodation requests, maintain SLAs, and provide timely updates to customers and suppliers
