CMAC are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our team, overseeing the delivery of new client mobilisations and new products or services for existing clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent stakeholder management skills, and can ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new client mobilisations from planning to execution, ensuring smooth onboarding and service readiness.
- Manage delivery of new products or services for existing clients, including scope definition, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, technology, procurement, and partnership management to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and risks.
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks or issues that may impact project timelines, costs, or service quality.
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards and champion continuous improvement.
- Support post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future project delivery.
- Support management of readiness for new market entry in overseas territories.
- Lead other special projects as required, including but not limited to, new business processes and systems integrations, technical deployments and product delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\βs degree in business, Transport Management, or related field (desired, not required)
- 3β5 years of experience in project management, ideally within travel, or transport services.
- Experience delivering client mobilisations or service implementations preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus but not required.
