CMA Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a fantastic business who are looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager into their established tax team. Reporting to the Senior Tax Director, this role offers broad exposure across corporate tax compliance, advisory and planning within a UK and international group.

What will the Tax Accountant role involve?

  • Manage corporate tax compliance across multiple entities, including tax returns, provisions, deferred tax, group relief, CIR, CFC, CBCR and Pillar II, working closely with external advisers.
  • Lead transfer pricing compliance and reporting, including Local File preparation, and provide advisory support on new intercompany arrangements.
  • Provide UK tax advisory support across employment taxes (PSA, STBV, IR35/CEST), withholding and stamp taxes, and other non‑VAT matters.
  • Support tax planning activity, transactions and UK/international structural projects, liaising with overseas subsidiaries and keeping abreast of legislative and technology changes.

Suitable Candidate for the Tax Accountant vacancy:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
  • Tax qualification preferred.
  • Strong UK corporate tax experience and stakeholder management skills.
